Jumpers for goal posts: Behaviour Change in Physical Activity

Evidence shows that active people live more enriched lives, while the need to increase levels of physical activity and reduce the impact of lifestyle diseases has never been stronger. In recent years there has been a significant shift in focus towards those who are the least physically active and a need to understand how to engage an audience who may hold different values to the traditional sporting market.
