Surrey Schools' Best Practice Forum
The Surrey Schools' Best Practice Forum sees all those involved in school sport invited to attend and participate in a variety of peer-led workshops. These offer real-life examples from around the county, highlighting best practice from the presenter's own PE and school sport programmes that can be replicated for your own pupils.
This year's theme is ‘Improving emotional wellbeing through daily physical activity’ and we invite PE subject leads, Sports Coaches and Confederation / Partnership Managers to attend.
The 2019 Forum is scheduled for Wednesday 1 May, 12-4pm at Leatherhead Leisure Centre. Further details will be available late February.
In the meantime we have created a number of case studies below from the 2018 forum which you may find useful, and help illustrate the variety of topics explored at the event.
- Auriol - Mental Wellbeing
- Cleves - Learn to Lead
- St Josephs - Sports Crew
- St Michael - Pupil Voice
- St Pauls - Training Needs Analysis
