An Introduction to Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)
3 hour - Theory based
 
This workshop will help coaches understand the key concepts of LTAD and what it means to them and their practice.  By the end of this workshop you should be able to:
  • identify and recognise the reasons for adopting LTAD
  • identify and recognise the concepts and key principles of LTAD
  • recognise and respond to the implications for coaches and coaching.
Who should attend:All coaches.
