P&G SURREY YOUTH GAMES 2010

News: 3 December 2009

1,000 hours needed over the next 1,000 days!

With less than 1,000 days until the start of the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics, Active Surrey has launched its search for volunteers for the county version, the P&G Surrey Youth Games.

We need 1,000 hours of volunteers' time over the weekends of the next three Games (2010, 2011 & 2012) to make them a success.  We are looking for event staff and sports officials.  Training is available for non-experienced volunteers and who knows - it could lead on to helping at the world's greatest sporting event being held in London in 2012!!!

For further information and to register your interest in volunteering for the 2010 Games (to be held on 19&20 June in Guildford), please click here.

(NB various reference checks will be required should your application be accepted).
