Leadership & Management Training for Volunteers
- Available to organisations with 5 249 employees.
- Offer is to senior managers (those who are engaged in strategic decisions).
- £500 is available with no strings attached and can be used to purchase resources (DVDs, books) as well as coaching, mentoring, action learning.
- Interested leaders and managers will be asked to discuss their leadership and management requirements with a T2G Leadership and Management Advisor, which will generate a personal development plan.
- If the organisation requires another £500 it must be match funded by the organisation - £1,000 could then be available to the organisation to train and support other leaders (perhaps with some coaching and mentoring).
- There is a great opportunity for some of your organisations to club together and perhaps use the money for a joint workshop.
- Time is of the essence and I believe it is a brilliant offer for managers, particularly in respect of being able to use the £500 to buy resources.
