Websites & Resources relating to Multi-skills and Fundamentals of Movement.
As multi-skills becomes larger within our coaching infrastructure the need to upskill and refresh on new idea's is important. There are a whole host of different organisations that have produced information about multi-skills and the concept of using the ABC's (Agility Balance and Coordination) movement skills within coaching sessions.
The theory behind the ABC's can be found via the LTAD model, it is important to understand when to introduce these basic movement skills and when to move into the more sport specific training. Active Surrey deliver a 3 hour course on LTAD so please click here to find out more.
