Surrey FA Football Workforce Awards
Deadline - 30 May 2008

Standard nominations

The Football Workforce Awards say thank you to the volunteers who give up their time to keep football going every week up and down the county. Football Clubs will receive details of how to apply for resources to reward their volunteers with certificates and pin badges, and also how to nominate a person to be considered by the Surrey County FA for a County Award. The County Workforce Awards recognise when an extraordinary level of effort and hard-work has been put into the grassroots game by one individual.

To nominate an individual for the County Awards simply fill out and return a Football Workforce Nomination Form to the Surrey FA no later than Friday 30 May 2008.

Young person nominations

You can also nominate a Young Volunteer to the Surrey FA. A winner will be selected from the nominations received, and this winner will not only receive an award from the county but will automatically be put forward for a National Award. The FA will then select 3 Young Volunteers to attend the FA Community Shield in August.

To be eligible for the Young Volunteers Award the candidate must have been under the age of 18 at the start of this season (2007/08).
