Both the courses above can be led by a teacher or a netball coach using the resources provided. For further information of course costs, content etc please contact Laura Wilson, tel 01483 518966.

PESSCL (P.E SCHOOL SPORT CLUB LINKS)

The England Netball School Club Links programme supports the National PE, School Sport and Club Links (PESSCL) Strategy which aims to ensure that all children, whatever their circumstances or abilities, should be able to participate and enjoy physical education and sport. By working in partnership with SSPs, Clubs and the netball infrastructure, England Netball is committed to increasing the number of children participating in clubs from SSPs and to increase the number of accredited Netball clubs.

All clubs that are part of a school club link will need to attain CAPS accreditation (England Netballs version of Clubmark) within 18 months of formalising the link.

There is currently some funding available to assist with the formalisation of school club links.  If you are interested in creating a link between your school and a local club please contact Laura Wilson, tel 01483 518966.
