Please note that these times are subject to change depending on the numbers of entries.

Competition format:

The competition will be run as an individual event using a pools/knockout system. Contests will be of 3 minutes duration with a "golden score" if required. Each competitor will compete in their respective weight categories, gaining points for their Borough to be added to give an overall event award score. No arm locks or strangles will be permitted.

Parking: Available at the Guildford Spectrum (free). A free shuttle bus service will also be operating on Saturday between the Guildford Spectrum, the University of Surrey Main Campus (Car Park 2) and the University of Surrey Varsity Centre.

Changing facilities/Toilets: Available in the Guildford Spectrum.
