Improvement Planning

As the final stage of the TAES process, ASSP is using the outcomes of the self-assessment to inform the development of an Improvement Plan.

Within the Improvement Plan we are aiming to focus on those areas in which the Partnership is currently rated as 'Poor' or 'Fair' as well as supporting aspects that will ensure ASSP continues to consolidate and build on identified strengths.

Using these principles a number of improvement areas have been identified.  Please click on the below link to view details:

Summary of identified improvement areas

We are in the process of prioritising these areas and writing a supporting Improvement Plan.

We recognise the importance of ensuring that available resources are targeted effectively and we are keen to continue to involve partners as we move into the improvement planning phase to ensure that stakeholders have an opportunity to assist with the identification of short- and medium-term priorities.

We are currently consulting with partners, asking them to review the above-outlined improvement areas and highlight those that their organisation considers to be the Top 5 priorities.

If you are interested in providing your feedback, please print off the below response sheet and complete and return by 30 November 2006.
