Netball Development Workshops & Satellite Academy Trials 2008

 

Schools and netball clubs in the boroughs of:  Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Tandridge, Waverley, Woking, Croydon, Sutton, Lambeth, Southwark, Wandsworth, Kingston, Merton and Richmond are invited to send players to attend the Talented Under 14's Development Workshops.

 

There will be 6 workshops running throughout SW London and Surrey.

 

The workshops offer the girls four weeks training with continuous assessment.  From each workshop, the best athletes will be asked to attend the Surrey Satellite Academy Trials on Sunday 5th October 2008 at St Mary's University, Twickenham.

ENTRY TO THE SATELLITE ACADEMIES WILL BE THROUGH THE WORKSHOPS AND TRIALS ONLY.

 

Each School/netball club is able to nominate THREE athletes from school years 8 & 9  (All nominees must be aged between 12 & 14 on 31 August 2009)

If a coach or teacher wishes to nominate an exceptional player from Year 7, please contact Laura Wilson on 01483 518966 to discuss her inclusion.

Booking forms have been sent to all schools and Junior Netball Clubs for nominations.
