MANAGING COACHING IN LTAD WORKSHOP
 
The aim of this workshop is to understand Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and its implications for inclusion in coaching development.  It will explain how an athlete centered sport system can be applied to affect a fundamental and sustainable change and highlight the implications of LTAD for key partners.
