BETTER COMMUNICATION

 

Having effective communication takes real skill.
Communication networks have to be developed, honed
and added to on an on-going basis.
 
It is the heart of an organisation and the greater your awareness of how it all works, the more effective your communication will be.
 
 
The aim of this Framework is to provide structure to the development of Better Communication within the sporting community within the county of Surrey. The Framework will help support the delivery of TAES improvement plan and provide support for the delivery of key targets in Sport England's Regional Plan for Sport, Mission: Possible.
 
This framework outlines where Surrey aims to be with regards to communication by 2009.  It has the following underlying aspirations:
The Framework gives examples of how this can be achieved to assist partners to write implementation plans, which will be a key part in delivering Surrey's strategic objectives. It acknowledges the need for the improved co-ordination of communication across Surrey and commitment to partnership working.
