Clubs that have successfully achieved Active Surrey Silver and Gold awards are being offered a fabulous deal by Peak Performance to reward you for your efforts in developing your club.  An unlimited number of people from a club that have achieved AS Silver or Gold can get the following discounts:

Subscribing to Peak Performance
 
If your club is eligible for the discounts provided by Peak Performance and you would like to subscribe, contact Peak Performance (contact details below) and state that you are an Active Surrey accredited club and wish to receive your discounts.  Peak Performance will then ask you for your Active Surrey Club Identification Number which is present on your Active Surrey Club Accreditation certificate that will have been awarded to your club upon successfully meeting the necessary criteria.  The discounts will then be offered to your club.
