This section contains all the information you need to support you and your club through the club accreditation process. The downloads and information provided here are important to read and understand in order to make your life easier in achieving club accreditation - so its well worth spending some time looking at these resources.
Active Surrey Action Plans
The Active Surrey Action Plans are designed to take the club step-by-step through what they are required to meet in order to achieve that particular level of accreditation. These action plans will give guidance and structure to the club so that they can achieve accreditation as easily and quickly as possible. The Action Plans should be used in conjunction with the supporting templates and guidebooks.
The club should look to establish dates and people responsible for each particular action in order to share the workload and to achieve each task promptly.

Active Surrey Guidebooks
There is an Active Surrey Guidebook to assist the club at each level of the Active Surrey Club Accreditation. The Guidebooks provide detailed information relating to the harder elements of that particular level of accreditation. It wont cover all of the criteria of the Active Surrey Club Accreditation, but it'll focus on those areas that clubs traditionally struggle with, giving helpful pointers, advice and the reasoning behind why that element is important for the club.
It is highly recommended that clubs working through Active Surrey Club Accreditation to achieve Clubmark spend time reading these Guidebooks.

Active Surrey Templates
Writing policies, procedures and other relevant documents for your club from scratch can be extremely difficult and time-consuming. So to give you a helping hand, we would recommend that you have a look through the templates below. They show you what information needs to be in each policy or procedure, and they allow you to adopt them for your own club - simply put in your club's name, alter and change any areas that dont suit your particular club, and you now have a ready-made policy to take to your club AGM / EGM to get approved by the members.
