What is FANS?
The Free Access to National Sportspeople (FANS) scheme provides national level sportspeople with free access to training facilities. FANS aims to assist elite sportspeople to achieve their full potential by reducing the financial burden of training costs. The Surrey FANS scheme was launched in 1996 and has so far helped over 700 national sportspeople with free access to training facilities.
