WHAT SPORTS COURSES CAN I DO?
There is a huge choice of training opportunities available to YOU from over a dozen sports and several generic areas.

Coaching courses are designed to
enable you to take your first steps on the coaching
ladder. They cover elements such as
communication skills and sports drills, and are a great 'bolt-on'
to any leadership course (e.g. CSLA, Duke of Edinburgh,
etc).
Officiating
courses are designed to allow you to learn the basics of
umpiring or refereeing. They provide a great opportunity to develop
a range of skills and will give you the confidence to go out there,
take charge and officiate!
Generic courses mean that
the information learnt covers all sports. These are
courses such as First Aid, Sports Psychology & Physiology,
Coaching Styles, etc. They allow you to start building up a
bigger picture about improving your sport through coaching &
officiating.
These fantastic courses are a great way
to learn how to get your message across and provide a foundation
for future employment in the sports, health
& leisure industries.
